Individual Coaching

While not personalized like individual coaching, group coaching is a great alternative for those that like to learn and interact with others. This group coaching program is based on twelve sessions (topics below) that cover the essential concepts and skills you need to know to improve your mental game.

 

What you can expect:

  • Highly interactive with guided discussions and activities. 

  • Small groups of athletes going through similar experiences.

  • Receive an accompanying workbook to help you process and apply what you are learning.

  • Mental drills and exercises to do at home to improve your mental processes.

  • Recieve a copy of the recording to go back and review or to watch if you can't make it.
